KYC Verification At BacanaPlay
BacanaPlay verifies accounts to confirm identity, age, address, and ownership of the payment method. The check is triggered by specific actions in the account, and approval times depend on how readable and complete the uploads are.
- Identity (ID/Passport): BacanaPlay requests a clear photo or scan of a government-issued ID (passport, national ID card, or driving licence). The document must show full name, date of birth, document number, expiry date, and a visible photo; all four corners must be in frame and the image must be unedited.
- Address proof: BacanaPlay accepts a recent document that shows your full name and residential address, such as a utility bill, bank statement, or official government letter. The document date is typically within the last 3 months, and screenshots from apps are rejected when they don’t show the issuer, date, and address on one page.
- Payment method: BacanaPlay verifies the funding method used for deposits and withdrawals. For cards, they request images of the front and back with the middle digits masked (leave the first 6 and last 4 visible) and the CVV fully hidden; the cardholder name must match the account. For e-wallets, they request a statement or account page showing your name, wallet ID/email, and recent transactions related to BacanaPlay.
BacanaPlay asks for KYC before the first withdrawal, after large deposits, when payment details change, or when account activity triggers a security review (for example, multiple cards used, failed payment attempts, or logins from new countries). They also request KYC when account details are edited, such as a name correction or date of birth change.
Processing time is commonly 1–24 hours after documents are submitted, with a longer review of 1–3 business days when the file is blurry, cropped, expired, or the address document doesn’t match the profile. If BacanaPlay requests extra pages or a re-upload, the timer effectively restarts from the last correct submission.
Current status: BacanaPlay uses a standard three-part KYC set (ID, address, payment method) and runs the check around withdrawal
